Task
The customer needed to finalize an online consultation service based on the MyDoc service, in which the pet owner will be able to get a doctor's consultation using a computer or phone.
During the implementation of the project, it was necessary to study the market of similar services.Paying great attention to foreign applications.
During the design, it was necessary to lay down the scaling of the service in the architecture - the connection of third-party veterinarians, flexible configuration of services, tariffs, health programs, online chat and video calls.
Realization
- In 2020, a service had been developed with the help of which you can add your pets and receive medical advice on various symptoms.
- Pet owners could seek help from the 62 symptoms or choose from one of the 22 medical professions. MyVet works with leading Russian and foreign specialists who have their own developed methods of treatment, rehabilitation and prevention, successfully implemented and consolidated by long-term practice. The service works exclusively with the Skryabin Veterinary Academy in Moscow.
- The patient registers with the service, fills in pet information and makes an appointment to have a consultation with the doctors. Communication with the doctor takes place by using a computer or mobile phone (iOS or Android apps). The format of communication is by online chat with video calls.
- The product was handed over to the customer's team in 2020.
