Task
The customer needed to develop an online medical consultation service in which the patient could get a doctor's consultation using a computer or phone.
During the implementation of the project, it was necessary to study the market of similar services.Paying great attention to foreign applications.
During the design, the service had to be scalable in architecture, integrating with clinics for personal appointments, flexible services, pricing, client medical records, online chat and video calls.
Realization
- In 2017, a medical platform, and an application with administrator’s, doctors' and patients' personal accounts (web, mobile, Android/iOS) were developed.
- The platform allowed the customer to launch a new profitable line of business.The architecture implementation made it possible to maintain and scale the functionality without significant investment.
- The user-friendliness design and marketing tools provided a competitive advantage for our client's business.
- The product was handed over to the customer’s team in 2020.
