Gazprom bank Group Electronic Trading Platform
from 2021
Development of an integration service for a Main gasification operator with a Government Public Services portal. The service is designed to process applications for pre-gasification submitted on the Government Public Services portal and operates through the Agredator service bus.
The project was initiated on the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation under the supervision of Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak and Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Andrei Turchak.
The customer needed a high-performance and fault-tolerant service, which could organize the processing of applications submitted to the public services portal and subsequent uploading to the UGO (unified gasification operator) information system, taking into account its business logic.
The project had a number of risks: the customer lacked competence in the work of Interagency Electronic Interaction System, as well as technical resources to implement the project in a short time of two months.
To solve the problem, the client deployed an Agregator service bus, on the basis of which an adapter was organized for the integration of the UGO (unified gasification operator) system and the unified portal of state and municipal services (FSIS).
The adapter provides an interface between the service bus and the customer's system, processing applications taking into account the business logic of the UGO (unified gasification operator) system. Together with the customer, the project was successfully launched on time. A large-scale presentation was held in the press center of the Presidential Administration with live coverage on national TV channels. The project made it possible for citizens to receive socially important services on the State Service portal.
RNDSOFT together with the trading platform of Gazprom bank became participants of the project, within the framework of which the service of a commercial company was presented on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (FSIS) for the first time.
To date, over 180 thousand messages have been received from citizens since the launch of the project. On average, more than 700 messages are processed per day.
We continue to cooperate with the customer on new tasks.
