Electronic document management with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation

An internal automated workplace for a bank employee, which allows for electronic document management with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation through the use of an Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction System. It functions as a microservice for our company's product - the Aggregator platform, which allows you to quickly launch it into operation without additional infrastructure work.

Task

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in letters No. 17/653 dated 19th March, 2020 and No. EF-17-27/4338 dated 26th March, 2020 informed authorized banks of the need to organize work on the direction of the Registry of Potential Borrowers (RPB) in electronic form using a Unified System of Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction from 30th March, 2020.

And also, in a letter 17/823 dated 04/01/2020, he recommended using the following Interagency Electronic Interaction System services for the transfer of RPB in electronic form:

Registry of Potential Borrowers;
The result of agreeing on a registry of potential borrowers;
Registry of credit agreements;
Monthly report of the bank.

Realization

The project was implemented for Absolut Bank, previously the bank exchanged information by registered letters, which greatly slowed down the exchange process.

In the process of implementation:

The bank's business processes and the Interagency Electronic Interaction System service API have been studied.
A work plan has been drawn up.
The service was developed and implemented into the customer's infrastructure.

At the moment, the project is successfully operated by the customer.

The development period is 4 months.
