System for organizing online counselling for residents of the region by representatives of public institutions
The system is designed to provide citizens with the opportunity to get advice from government representatives on a wide range of issues via online videoconferences. The system provides employees of the multifunctional center (MFC) and departments with tools for automating and coordinating the entire process of providing online consultation.In particular, identification of the applicant through Public Services, scheduling consultations, automated processing of applications at all stages, elaborated answers to questions and other processes.
Scope of application
The system is installed in the regional offices of the multifunctional center (MFC) or deployed in the cloud infrastructure and allows its functions to be used in all MFC branches in the region. The system is an implementation of the multifunctional center (MFC) 2.0 concept. Citizens can get advice from specialists of housing and communal services, federal service for supervision in the field of consumer rights protection and human well-being (Rospotrebnadzor), Federal pension fund, Federal bailiff service, traffic Police, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Prosecutor's Office, Public session offices, regional business support agencies and many others specialists.
